SL Green Realty Corp. Announces $0.7875 Common Stock Dividend For First Quarter 2008

New York, NY - March 19, 2008 - SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG) today reported that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.7875 per common share for the quarter ending March 31, 2008. The dividend is payable April 15, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2008.

The Board of Directors also declared dividends on the Company's Series C and D Preferred Stock for the period January 15, 2008 through and including April 14, 2008, of $0.4766 and $0.4922 per share, respectively.  Dividends are payable April 15, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2008.  Distributions reflect the regular quarterly dividends, which are the equivalent of an annualized distribution of $1.9064 and $1.9688, respectively.
