SL Green Realty Corp. To Release Second Quarter 2006 Financial Results On July 24, 2006

New York, NY - June 26, 2006 - SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG), a real estate investment trust, announced today that it will release earnings for the second quarter 2006 on Monday, July 24, 2006, after the close of the day's trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

The Company's executive management team, led by Marc Holliday, President and Chief Executive Officer, will host a conference call and audio web cast on Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. ET to discuss second quarter financial results.
