SL Green Expands Bloomberg Lease by 204,000 Sq. Ft. at 919 Third Avenue

Increases Total Commitment to 458,998 Square Feet

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE:SLG), New York City's largest commercial property owner, today announced that leading business and financial information network, Bloomberg LP, has signed an expansion lease covering 204,442 square feet at 919 Third Avenue, the 47-story tower spanning the entire block between East 55th and 56th Streets.

The new lease, for a term through February 2029, covers the entire fifth through ninth floors and part of the eleventh floor, increasing Bloomberg's total tenancy in the 1.5 million-square-foot building to 458,998 square feet.

"This transaction underscores the healthy leasing activity that we have seen in the Midtown market," said Steven Durels, Director of Leasing and Real Property at SL Green. "We are delighted that Bloomberg selected 919 Third Avenue to satisfy their expansion needs."

Craig Reicher, Howard Fiddle, Chris Mansfield and Chris Corrinet of CBRE represented Bloomberg, while SL Green negotiated the transaction in-house.
